These Billing Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through SKYLAB3D. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Payment Methods

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order, including product costs, applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges. Payment is processed at the time you place your order.

4. Taxes

6. Failed Payments

You will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been successfully processed. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order, only that we have received it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds will be processed according to our Return Policy. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and legal action to recover costs.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Subscription Billing (if applicable)

For subscription products or services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

12. Price Errors

We strive to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel the order or proceed at the correct price.
