Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how SKYLAB3D processes and ships orders placed through www.skylab3d.com.

1. Service Area

SKYLAB3D primarily serves customers in the United States. If international shipping is offered for a specific order, it will be confirmed separately in writing.

2. Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after payment authorization and order review are completed. Some items may require additional processing time for supplier confirmation, configuration, compliance checks, or freight scheduling.

Processing time is separate from transit time.

3. Shipping Methods

Depending on the product, orders may ship via:

  • parcel carrier;

  • LTL [Less-Than-Truckload] freight;

  • white-glove or specialized freight service; or

  • direct shipment from the manufacturer or authorized supplier.

Shipping method depends on product size, weight, value, destination, and supplier availability.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are shown at checkout when available. For certain oversized, freight, high-value, or manufacturer-direct items, shipping charges may be quoted separately or confirmed after order review.

5. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times shown on product pages, at checkout, or in email communications are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Transit times vary based on:

  • destination;

  • carrier capacity;

  • manufacturer inventory;

  • freight scheduling;

  • weather and other events outside our control.

6. Freight and High-Value Shipments

Some products require freight delivery, appointment scheduling, signature confirmation, business delivery, liftgate service, or other special handling. Additional charges may apply in some cases and, if applicable, will be communicated before shipment.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible and suitable for the shipment.

7. Tracking

When tracking is available, SKYLAB3D will send tracking information to the email address provided with the order after shipment.

8. Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon arrival.

If the shipment shows visible damage at delivery:

  • note the damage with the carrier before signing, when possible;

  • take clear photos of the packaging and product;

  • notify SKYLAB3D at support@skylab3d.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report freight or shipping damage promptly may limit claim options with the carrier or insurer.

9. Shipping Delays

SKYLAB3D is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, weather, customs, labor disruptions, inventory shortages, force majeure events, or other factors outside our reasonable control. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of material delays.

10. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is delayed, returned, re-routed, or incurs additional charges because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer may be responsible for related costs.

11. P.O. Boxes and Restricted Locations

Some items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, forwarding addresses, or certain remote or restricted locations. If your order is affected, we will contact you.

12. Title and Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise required by law or stated in a separate written agreement, title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address or, for freight shipments, according to the applicable carrier delivery terms.
