System architecture
FreeScan UE Pro2 combines wireless metrology scanning, embedded computing, and video photogrammetry for portable inspection of small-to-large industrial parts.
FreeScan Software access is included with the scanner and enabled through the supplied hardware dongle. The native application supports device control, real-time mesh display, reusable scanning templates, data-quality visualization, AI-assisted feature recognition, flexible post-scan resolution, mesh generation, basic measurement, and the integrated quick on-site inspection workflow.
Optional workflow software: SHINING 3D Inspect is available for advanced inspection and reporting. EXModel and EXModel Pro are available for mesh preparation and scan-to-CAD workflows. These optional licenses are not included in the scanner price.
