Scanning Modes
The EinScan Rigil Series gives users flexible scanning options for different part sizes, surfaces, accuracy needs, and workflow conditions. Choose Laser HD when detail and accuracy matter most, or IR Rapid when speed, range, and flexible object capture are the priority.
Laser HD Mode - EinScan Rigil
Best for: high-detail industrial scanning, reverse engineering, inspection workflows, machined parts, tooling, and components where accuracy is important.
- Light Source: 25 + 25 crossed laser lines and 7 blue laser parallel lines
- Volumetric Accuracy: Up to 0.04 + 0.06 mm/m
- Resolution: 0.05–10 mm
- Scanning Speed: Up to 4,800,000 points/s
- Working Distance: 170–550 mm
- Alignment Modes: Global markers, markers, and features
- Laser Class: Class II
Laser HD Mode - EinScan Rigil Lite
Best for: users who need professional laser scanning capability in a lighter configuration with lower scanning speed and reduced hardware capacity compared with the full EinScan Rigil.
- Light Source: 17 + 17 crossed laser lines and 7 blue laser parallel lines
- Volumetric Accuracy: Not specified
- Resolution: 0.05–10 mm
- Scanning Speed: Up to 2,940,000 points/s
- Working Distance: 170–550 mm
- Alignment Modes: Global markers, markers, and features
- Laser Class: Class II
IR Rapid Mode
Best for: faster scanning of larger objects, textured surfaces, human-scale objects, and workflows where speed and flexible alignment are more important than the highest laser-level accuracy.
- Light Source: IR VCSEL
- Volumetric Accuracy: Up to 0.1 + 0.4 mm/m
- Resolution: 0.2–10 mm
- Scanning Speed: Up to 16,000,000 points/s
