System architecture

Configure the complete measurement workflow.

FreeScan Trak Pro2 combines the FreeTrak optical tracker with the TE25 handheld laser scanner for marker-free measurement of large industrial parts. It delivers accuracy up to 0.023 mm and scanning speeds up to 3,070,000 points per second.

Use 50 crossed laser lines for fast overall capture, seven parallel lines for fine detail, or a single line for deep features. Switch to marker-based scanning when the part or setup calls for it. An optional compatible FreeProbe enables contact measurement through PolyWorks or Geomagic Control X.

SKYLAB3D will confirm the correct system, workstation, software, training, and protection plan for your application before issuing a formal quote.

Match the system to the part, tolerance, environment, output, software stack, training need, and protection plan. Every selected option is included in the technical review.
