FreeScan Trak ProW pairs the FreeTrak W optical tracker with the TE25W handheld scanner for wireless, marker-free measurement of large industrial parts. It delivers accuracy up to 0.023 mm, scan speeds up to 5,500,000 points per second, and a single-station tracking volume up to 206.7 m³.

Built-in computing and wireless modules, power-bank operation, and an integrated display reduce cable management and tracker repositioning. Choose 50-line high-speed, seven-line detailed, or single-line deep-pocket scanning, then use video photogrammetry to maintain volumetric accuracy across expanded volumes.

An optional FreeProbe 2 or FreeProbe 2 Pro adds contact measurement for hard-to-reach and non-scannable features. SKYLAB3D will confirm the workstation, software, training, protection, and probe configuration before issuing a formal quote.
