System architecture
FreeScan UE Nova is a wireless blue-laser metrology scanner built for vehicle bodies, large castings, turbines, rail equipment, ship structures, and other assets where a conventional handheld field of view requires too many passes.
Fifty laser lines capture up to 4,600,000 points per second across a field of view as large as 2.6 × 2.2 m. Near, Standard, and Far working ranges let the operator adapt to confined areas or stand as far as 2.6 m from a large surface. Marker-supported scanning delivers 0.072 mm accuracy, while integrated video photogrammetry uses a calibration rod for real-time marker verification and volumetric accuracy of 0.072 + 0.012 mm/m without coded targets.
FreeScan Trak software is included for scan setup, intelligent resolution, data-quality review, mesh processing, and full-size inspection. The separate Trak Nova upgrade is only for eligible existing UE Nova owners and adds dynamic tracking and marker-free scanning. Upgrade contents, serial eligibility, and coverage are confirmed in the configured quote.

Manufacturer warranty and standard shipping are included with a new scanner purchase. The base list reflects components identified in official operating documentation. Confirm the current US packing list, quantities, regional plug, calibration items, upgrade kit contents, and warranty coverage before fulfillment. Training, extended protection, markers, FreeProbe devices, and optional software are not included unless selected.
